Introduction
Karunya SIEMENS Centre is an authorized siemens training centre in South India. The Center offers training according to the needs of industry who use different automation, drives and switchgear products from SIEMENS. The Centre is equipped with all modern training equipments in the field of Automation and Drives. The trainings are provided with hand-on experiments, commissioning, parameterization and troubleshooting using latest SIEMENS software and hardware. By attending these training programs, the students will get real time industrial exposure right in the campus itself. The Centre caters to the need of Industry as well as Student community by providing training in the field of Automation and Drives. It is playing a vital role in linking the university with Industry.
SIEMENS has awarded Karunya SIEMENS Centre the ‘Best Authorized Training Centre’ among the 9 Training Centers spread across India in the ATC meet which was conducted at SIEMENS Ltd., Mumbai in 2015.

Training Centre Activity
Karunya-SIEMENS Centre has conducted a total of 414 trainings out of which 320 trainings were conducted for industry and 94 trainings for students. More than 3400 industry personnel and students were trained through our center. More than 1300 students got industrial exposure by obtaining industrial training from our center. The trainings are conducted at the centre as well as on-site.
The industry participants were from Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, North India and even from abroad. Some of our major Industry customers include BHEL, Apollo Tyres, Danfoss Industries, Hyundai Motors, Sterlite Copper Industries, Rajasthan Mines, Neyveli Lignite Corp., Jindal Steel Works, Ford India Pvt. Ltd., Windmoller & Holscher India Pvt Ltd., Mysore Paper Mill etc.
