REGISTRATION


Registration Information

The Conference registration fee includes admission to all technical sessions, conference registration kit and lunch. All the registred participants will receive a soft copy (CD) proceedings at the time of conference.

Springer Policy on Plagiarism

  • Authors are requested to kindly restrict from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • Papers found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected.
  • As per consent to publish agreement, Authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
  • Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.

    • Author Registration

    Each article must be accompanied by at least one full registration and payment to guarantee publication. Presenting authors must register and pay the registration fees by the advance registration deadline which is on Saturday, November 09, 2019. Please, return your registration form (see below) along with the fee receipt by email (Email ID: [email protected]). The mail must bear the subject line as : "Registration of article ICBDCC2019-(Paper ID:XXX)". On receiving the mail and verifying the document, the organizers will acknowledge the completion of registration.
  • The deadline for receiving camera-ready article is November 18, 2019.
  • Camera Ready Article must be submitted through EasyChair Conference System only. No email submissions please. You can update the camera ready paper in the EasyChair. [Check 'Formatting Guidelines' for Camera Ready Article Preparation]
  • Upload file should be the original source file (Eg. MS Word) named as paper ID number, eg. "555.doc".

    • Consent to Publish Form

    The Consent to Publish form can be downloaded here

    It must be signed by at least one author to publish the paper. Papers without signed form will not be included in the proceedings.
    Please sign the form and submit to [email protected] by Monday, November 26, 2019. Please, include your article ID on this form to expedite processing e.g. "xxx_CTP.pdf".

    Registration Mode

    Payment must be made through the following mechanism:

    1. Click the link ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY
    2. Select the radio button "Participants"
    3. Type your full name in the text box
    4. You will be seeing a list below. You are requested to carefully select the option based on the registration fee table given above. Please check the option starting with "ICBDCC2019-CSE..."
    5. There is a provision for paying extra-page charges as well
    6. Select the quantity
    7. Click the radio button named Register in the same row
    8. Scroll down and select your favourite payment option
    9. Type your mobile number and email ID
    10. Happy paying!!!

    Procedure to download the receipt:

    1. Click the link ONLINE PAYMENT GATEWAY
    2. Select the radio button "Receipts"
    3. Type your mobile number in the text box and click the button " Get Receipts"
    4. Download the receipt now!
