PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors should submit their full papers only through the Chair Conference System given below. All other modes of submission will not be accepted and the papers which are submitted through other modes will not be considered for review.

All full papers submitted will be subjected to a review process through an expert review panel. Comments of the reviewers will be sent to the authors.

Springer Policy on Plagiarism


  1. Authors are requested to kindly restrict from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Papers found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected.
  3. As per consent to publish agreement, Authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
  4. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.


Formatting Guidelines

  • At the time of submission all the papers must conform to the Springer formatting guidelines.
  • The manuscript can be prepared either by using Microsoft Word or LaTeX using the guidelines of Springer.
  • Final submission through Easy Chair Conference System must be in editable Word/LaTeX file format only.
  • Papers should be a maximum of Eight A4 pages with single column format (Including figures and tables).
  • Prior to the review process, the submitted articles will be scanned through software for plagiarism check.
  • The review process is single blind.

    Steps for submission:
  1. Click on the link provided above
  2. Sign up for creating account
  3. After creating the account signin with your account and enter in to "New submission for ICBDCC19". Fill in all the details and upload your paper in editable MS Word / LaTeX file format
  4. A Paper ID for your submission is created for your future reference.

Camera-Ready Submission


Below are files containing chapter templates and instructions for producing Camera-Ready Copy (CRC).
  1. Papers should be no longer than 8 pages, including all text, figures, and references. The paper MUST be formatted according to the Camera-Ready Templates given in Microsoft Word or LaTeX
  2. A maximum of two additional pages per paper is allowed at 1000 INR per page, which will be added to the registration fee.
  3. Papers must be submitted by the Deadline Date. There will be no exceptions.
  4. Submission of the camera-ready paper needs to be done electronically via the ICBDCC2019 Camera-Ready Submission page. Click "Create Camera Ready Submission" and upload your camera ready article.
  5. Consent to Publish form can be downloaded here. It must be signed by the corresponding author to publish the paper in Springer proceedings. Papers without signed Consent to Publish form will not be included in the proceedings. Please sign the form and submit it along with your final camera-ready paper in the EasyChair Conference System.
  6. If author is using content from any published material, author has to get permission from the copyright holder of that content. Author can use this Permission Form but or get the approval online/email. Please sign the form and submit it along with your final camera-ready paper in the EasyChair Conference System.
