Once your paper is accepted the registration phase begins. You have to complete the following steps.

Step 1 - Registration Fee
It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to appear in the Proceedings and be included in the Technical Program. If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered. Registration Fee includes the CD media of the Proceedings, Lunch, Morning & Evening Snacks.

Step 2 - NCICBS’18 Registration form & Copyright Transfer
All Authors have to sign (for their individual paper) Registration & Copyright Transfer Form and send your completed copyrights forms to [email protected]
NOTE: Either electronically sign the PDF Copyright form or Print-Fill-Sign-Scan and send the form.

Step 3 - Camera Ready Paper Submission
You have to submit the camera ready paper to [email protected] in accordance with the conference format. Camera Ready paper must follow the common template for proceedings. Failing this will result in rejection.
All camera ready papers must be submitted in MS WORD file format ONLY (PDF is NOT accepted). The common template guidelines, available at WORD | PDF

Maximum allowed pages (while submitting the camera ready paper) for different categories are limited to as follows

Step 5 - Registration and Mode of Payments
Send your completed registration form along with the scanned copy of the proof of payments to [email protected]

INDIAN DELEGATES
Indian delegates can directly deposit the money through NEFT using the account details mentioned for NCICBS Delegates. The delegates who are remitting registration fees through online mode, are requested to send the UTR number/ reference number in a separate MS WORD FILE along with the final zip file.

Registration fee can also be remitted by way of Demand Draft drawn in the name of The Registrar, Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences payable at Coimbatore and the same be sent along the hard copy of the registration form and duly signed copyright form to the Convener of NCICBS’18 in the below mentioned address
