Dr. J. Kavitha Selvaranee is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management with academic qualifications including an MBA from Karunya Institute of Technology, an M.Phil. from Alagappa University, and a Ph.D. from Mother Teresa Women’s University. She also holds a B.L.M. from Madras University. Her academic background reflects a strong foundation in management and related disciplines.

Her areas of specialization include Human Resource Management and Marketing Management. She has teaching experience in Research Methodology, Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare, Consumer Behaviour, Warehouse Management, Training and Development, Total Quality Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Labour Legislations.
