Prof. V. Lawrance is a Professor with 34 years of industry experience and 8 years of teaching experience. His research interests include HRM practices on employee performance, automotive supply chain management, and logistics outsourcing. Colonel Dr. Saji Abraham is a Professor and Ph.D. holder with 41 years of experience across the Indian Army, Indian Navy, and universities. His expertise includes Management, Human Resource Management, International Relations, National Security, Recruitment, Training, Rewards, and Administration. He has guided M.Phil. and Ph.D. research scholars and contributed to publications, book editing, and research.
