Dr. P. Dolly Diana

Dr. P. Dolly Diana, M.B.A., Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the School of Management specializing in Human Resource Management and Finance. She holds an M.B.A. and Ph.D. from Sri Krishna Devaraya University, along with a B.Com. from the same university. Her areas of teaching include Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Principles of Management, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, and Entrepreneurship Development.

Her research interests include Employee Engagement, Work-Life Balance, Emotional Intelligence, and Leadership. She is a Life Time Member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD) and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). Her academic interests focus particularly on human resource management, employee-related factors, leadership, and organizational development.

Dr. P. Dolly Diana has published research articles addressing employee relationships with Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance of medium enterprises, the development and core aspects of CSR in medium enterprises, consumer perceptions of online and offline pharmacies, leadership styles and organizational stress, post-COVID human resource management, and self-efficacy and job involvement among academicians in higher education institutions. Her publications include contributions to UGC CARE and Scopus-indexed journals.

She has completed several online courses through Coursera, including International Leadership and Organizational Behaviour from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Introduction to Psychology from Yale University, Leading Teams from the University of Michigan, Preparing to Manage Human Resources and Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding Employees from the University of Minnesota, Organizational Behaviour from IESE Business School, University of Navarra, and Managing Employee Performance from the University of Minnesota. These courses complement her academic interests in leadership, organizational behaviour, and human resource management.
