Dr. S. Annie Priyadharshini

Dr. S. Annie Priyadharshini is an Assistant Professor in the School of Management with a Ph.D. from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences (Deemed to be University), Coimbatore, awarded in 2021. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, Coimbatore, completed in 2007, and a B.Sc. from Bharathiar University, completed in 2005.

Her teaching areas include Business Environment, Management for Engineers, Enterprise Resource Planning, Technology for Societal Needs, Affiliate Marketing, and Economics for Managers. Her research interests include Human Resource Management, particularly Training and Development and Performance Management, as well as Marketing, with a focus on Company Branding and Culture.

Dr. S. Annie Priyadharshini holds ITIL Foundation V3 certification obtained in September 2010 and ITIL V3 Intermediate certification in Service Transition obtained in December 2011. She also completed a Diploma in Structural Equation Modelling using SPSS AMOS in July 2020.

Her research publications cover areas including the global water crisis and creative technologies for clean water, employee loyalty and job satisfaction, determinants of employee loyalty, work fulfilment and employee loyalty behaviour, and job satisfaction factors influencing employee loyalty. Her publications have appeared in journals including the International Journal of Engineering and Technology, International Journal of Innovative Technology and Exploring Engineering, Test Engineering and Management, and International Journal of Multidisciplinary Educational Research.
