PAPER SUBMISSION

Authors should submit their full papers only through the EasyChair Conference System given below. All other modes of submission will not be accepted and the papers which are submitted through other modes will not be considered for review.

All full papers submitted will be subjected to a review process through an expert review panel. Comments of the reviewers will be sent to the authors.

ICBDCC Policy on Plagiarism


  1. Authors are requested to kindly restrict from plagiarism in any form. Authors should submit their original and unpublished research work not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  2. Papers found to be plagiarised during any stage of review shall be rejected.
  3. Authors are deemed to be individually and collectively responsible for the content of manuscripts published by them.
  4. Hence, it is the responsibility of each author to strive for the highest ethical standards with respect to plagiarism.

  2. Sign up for creating account
  3. After creating the account signin with your account and enter in to "New submission for ICBDCC23". Fill in all the details and upload your paper in MS Word / PDF file format
  4. A Paper ID for your submission is created for your future reference.

Camera-Ready Submission


Below are files containing chapter templates and instructions for producing Camera-Ready Copy (CRC).
  1. For papers submitted through EasyChair, there is no need to structure the manuscript using the CRC MS Word template.
  2. Procedia author templates (MS word and Latex) is available for download in Easychair which helps in creating the PDF in the desired format of Procedia automatically once the paper is accepted by the guest editor.
  3. As an author, you are requested to check EasyChair for the final CRC PDF to ensure it is correct. No late corrections are possible after publication.
  4. Avoid hyphenation at the end of a line. Symbols denoting vectors and matrices should be indicated in bold type. Scalar variable names should normally be expressed using italics. Weights and measures should be expressed in SI units. All non-standard abbreviations or symbols must be defined when first mentioned, or a glossary provided.
  5. Please proofread your paper carefully before submitting as it will appear in the published volume in exactly the same form. You will receive no proofs.
  6. Please title your files in this order conferenceacrynom_authorslastname.pdf. Submit both the source file and the PDF to the Guest Editor.
