Dr. M. Selvarathi

Dr. M. Selvarathi is an Assistant Professor with over 20 years of teaching experience in the field of Mathematics. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, an MBA from Alagappa University, an M.Phil. in Mathematics from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, an M.Sc. in Mathematics from APC Mahalakshmi College for Women, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics from St. Mary’s College. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes clarity, consistency, and student-centred learning, fostering an engaging classroom environment.

Her areas of expertise include Fuzzy Mathematics, Fuzzy Automata, and Neutrosophic Fuzzy Mathematics, with a particular focus on the application of fuzzy mathematical concepts to computational and engineering problems. She has successfully guided one Ph.D. scholar and is currently supervising four doctoral candidates, demonstrating her active involvement in research mentorship and higher education.

Dr. Selvarathi has undertaken consultancy projects for Unijet Pneumatics Pvt. Ltd., Coimbatore, involving process scheduling for identical CNC machines, and EOS GmbH India Branch Office, Chennai, focusing on identifying process parameters for 3D printing. She has also completed several professional courses in Mathematics for Machine Learning, High Dimensional Data Analysis, and Deep Learning, and possesses technical proficiency in Python, R Programming, Weka, MATLAB, SPSS, Mathematica, and LaTeX.

Her research contributions include publications in reputed journals and conference proceedings covering Fuzzy Mathematics, Neutrosophic Fuzzy Mathematics, Fuzzy Automata, Finite Groups, Finite State Machines, and Algebraic Structures. Her scholarly work reflects sustained contributions to the advancement of fuzzy mathematical theories and their applications in computational and engineering domains.
