Dr. P.S. Divya

Dr. P.S. Divya is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Mathematics. She holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with specialisation in Mathematical Modelling, an M.Phil. in Fuzzy Topology, an M.Sc. in Mathematics, and a B.Sc. in Mathematics. Her academic and research work focuses on mathematical modelling and data-driven analytical methods.

Her research interests include mathematical and statistical modelling, predictive analytics, and machine learning. Her doctoral research focused on wind energy models, reflecting her interest in applying mathematical techniques to modelling and predictive problems.

Dr. P.S. Divya has contributed 10 Scopus-indexed and two UGC-indexed journal publications. She has one ongoing Ph.D. scholar and has also participated in academic presentations and professional activities. She received the Best Poster Award in 2017.

Her academic engagement includes serving as a resource person, participating in three international and two national presentations, and delivering three guest lectures. Her professional profile reflects research and teaching interests spanning mathematical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and applied mathematical analysis.
