Dr. Angelin Delighta A

Dr. Angelin Delighta A is an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialisation in Nanoelectronics, completed with commendation in June 2026, an M.Tech. in VLSI Design with distinction, and a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first class.

Her research interests include semiconductors, technology scaling, emerging low-power transistors, nanosheet MOSFETs, vertical MOSFETs, stacked-channel FETs, tunnel FETs, junctionless MOSFETs, biosensors, DRAM, and low-power RF technologies. Her work focuses on advanced semiconductor devices and emerging low-power electronic architectures.

Dr. Angelin Delighta A has contributed five international journal publications and five international conference publications, including work on nanosheet transistors and advanced semiconductor device technologies. She is a graduate member of IEEE.
