Dr. A. Alfred Kirubaraj

Dr. A. Alfred Kirubaraj is an Assistant Professor in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering with specialisation in Nanotechnology, an M.Tech. in VLSI Design, and a B.E. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. His academic and research work focuses on VLSI, semiconductor devices, and emerging electronic technologies.

His research interests include VHDL, VLSI design, semiconductor memory design and testing, hardware verification, CMOS VLSI, digital IC design, IoT, laser interference lithography, flexible electronics, supercapacitors, plasmonic grids, MRAM, and FinFET technologies. His work covers both conventional and emerging semiconductor and electronic device technologies.

Dr. Alfred Kirubaraj has contributed 21 international journal publications, 13 international conference publications, and three national publications. His research projects include laser interference lithography and the Axis Draw Pen project. He has one ongoing Ph.D. scholar and has guided 12 completed M.E. projects.

His academic achievements include two Best Paper Awards. His research profile reflects continued engagement in VLSI design, semiconductor memory, device testing, hardware verification, flexible electronics, nanotechnology, and emerging electronic device architectures.
