Dr. P. Ranjit Jeba Thangaiah, M.C.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.
Dr. P. Ranjit Jeba Thangaiah is a Professor and Head of the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Bharathiar University, an M.Phil. and M.C.A. in Computer Science, and a B.Sc. in Physics. His areas of research include Data Science, Machine Learning, and Networking. He has guided 12 Ph.D. scholars to completion and is currently guiding 4 scholars, with 34 international journal publications, 8 international conference publications, 3 national conference publications, and 2 edited volumes to his credit.
Dr. C. Beulah Christalin Latha is an Associate Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, holding a Ph.D. in Machine Learning, E-learning, and Soft Computing, with specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, and Blockchain. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Soft Computing, and Natural Language Processing. She has published 15 papers in international journals, presented 7 papers at national and international conferences, published 3 books and several book chapters, and produced 1 Ph.D. scholar while currently guiding 5 more.
Dr. J. Macklin Abraham Navamani, M.C.A., M.Phil., Ph.D.
Dr. J. Macklin Abraham Navamani is an Associate Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, holding a Ph.D. from Anna University, Chennai, along with an M.Phil. and M.C.A. in Computer Science and a B.Sc. in Physics. With over 22 years of experience in programming, teaching, research, project coordination, and IT consulting, his responsibilities include teaching computing subjects, curriculum development, course coordination, academic project guidance, student mentoring, and placement coaching. He has also presented and published research papers in national and international conferences and journals.
Dr. Ben M. Jebin is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, with over 21 years of experience teaching undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, an M.Tech. in Computer and Information Technology, an M.Phil. in Computer Science, an MCA in Computer Applications, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. His research interests include Image Processing, Neural Networks, Deep Learning, and Network Security. He has published 10 papers in refereed journals, presented 6 papers at conferences, and delivered 15 invited talks as a resource person.
Dr. P. Xavier is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics, an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Mathematics, an M.Phil. and M.Ed. in Education, a B.Ed., and PGDCA. His research focuses include Fuzzy Topology, Fuzzy Mathematics, Pedagogical Development, Instructional Technology, Learning Disabilities, and Mathematics Education. He has published four journal papers and served as a resource person.
Dr. J. James Alaguraja is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, an M.Phil. and M.Sc. in Networking and IT, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science. His research and teaching interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining, and Artificial Intelligence. He has 3 international journal publications, 12 conference publications, and is currently guiding 5 Ph.D. scholars.
Dr. A. Shalini Divya Prasanna is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Digital Sciences at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Master of Computer Applications from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, an M.C.A. from Kongu Arts and Science College, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Vellalar College for Women. Her area of specialization is Natural Language Processing. She has published 1 journal paper and presented 2 national and 2 international conference papers, and has received a Best Paper Award at an international conference. She secured University Fifth Rank in M.C.A. and University Eighth Rank in B.Sc. Computer Science.
