Dr. G. Sheeba Merlin

Dr. G. Sheeba Merlin is an Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Engineering at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. in Mathematics from Karunya University, along with an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Mathematics from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. She has been associated with Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences since 2013, with academic experience in Mathematics and Computer Science and Engineering.

Her research interests include Algebra and Graph Theory. She has contributed 11 international journal publications and 2 international/national conference publications, with 7 Scopus citations, 1 Google Scholar citation, and an h-index of 1. She is currently guiding one Ph.D. thesis. Her teaching interests include Probability and Statistics, Linear Algebra, Calculus, Differential Equations, and Numerical Methods.

Prior to this, she served as an Assistant Professor in Mathematics at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences from 2013 to 2025 and at Kovai Kalaimagal College of Arts and Science from 2011 to 2013.
