Ms. P. Gethsia

Ms. P. Gethsia is an Assistant Professor at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, completed in 2025, a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution, completed during 2023–2025, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the same institution, completed during 2019–2023. Her research interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, and Medical Imaging.

Her teaching interests include Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing, Data Science, Data Visualization, Database Management Systems, and Digital System Design. She has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences since May 2025. Prior to this, she worked as a Teaching Research Assistant at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences from July 2024 to April 2025.

Her research contributions include 11 international conference publications, with 15 Scopus citations, 15 Google Scholar citations, and an h-index of 3. Her research work spans machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, medical imaging, conversational AI, and data science.
