Dr. P. G. Sunanda Bhagavathy, M.A., Ph.D.
Dr. P. G. Sunanda Bhagavathy is a Professor and Deputy Director (Security and Intelligence) in the Division of Criminology at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds a Ph.D. in Criminology and Police Science, with postgraduate qualifications in Criminology and Police Science, Victimology and Victim Assistance, and Child Care and Education. Her interests include Victimology, Crime Prevention, Criminal Investigation, Penology, Police Administration, Forensic Science, and Juvenile Justice. She has over 35 years of police experience and received prestigious service medals.
Ms. Poonam Anil Moon is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Forensic Science at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Forensic Science and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Forensic Science. Her interests include Forensic Toxicology, Forensic Biology and Serology, Digital Forensics, Fingerprint and Questioned Document Examination, and Crime Scene Investigation. She has contributed to research publications, book chapters, presentations, and a published patent.
Ms. D. Iyda Jenifer is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Forensic Science at Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences. She holds an M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Forensic Science and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Forensic Science. Her interests include Forensic Psychology, Forensic Biology and Serology, Fingerprint Analysis, Forensic Toxicology, Forensic Entomology, Questioned Documents, and Crime Scene Investigation. She is UGC-NET qualified, has published papers, presented at conferences, and received a Best Paper Award.
