The NSS unit of Karunya headed by the NSS program officer Dr. Franklin John organized a tree plantation on Thursday, the 4th of September in view of our Chancellor Dr. Paul Dhinakaran’s 46th birthday celebrations joining hands with the Mahindra by Mace Team, Coimbatore. The Tree plantation was inaugurated by the honorable Vice Chancellor Dr.Paul.P.Appasamy &Registrar Dr.Anne Mary Fernaadaz, nearly 46 plants were planted in New Auditorium Ground. The work started at about 9.30 am and ended at 12.30 pm. Nearly 25 volunteers planted the plants. After planting the plants they watered the plants. We are going to plant one lakh tree inside and outside the campus with the help Mahindra by Mace Team, Coimbatore.
