G.Joy Persial from IV IT represented karunya NSS unit for the special adventure camp organized by Govt of India, Ministry of youth and sports affair from 22nd June 09 to 1st July 09 in Nehru Institute of Mountaineering in Uttarkashi,Uttarkhand.

20 NSS volunteers from Tamil Nadu were selected for the camp from different colleges along with two NSS programme officers namely Dr. V. Alagar Ramanujam from Govt.Arts College Ooty and Miss. P. Pushparama from Vivekananda Institute of Engineering and Technology.
