FAQ BY ORGANISATION
WHAT ORGAISATIONS NEED TO DO?
We Invite your organisation to register as a Client with IAESTE-India-KU by sending in an acceptance letter addressed to IAESTE-India office, and complete the formalities of signing an agreement.
Step 1: The details of your organisation’s requirements for a trainee (qualifications, specialization, training period etc.,) should be sent to IAESTE - India by filling in OFFER FORM after agreeing on the Terms of Agreement and Fax it to 0422 2615 615 or by post to The Secretary, IAESTE India, Karunya University, Karunya Nagar, Coimbatore - 641 114.Step 2: We will exchange your offer with one of our 103 IAESTE counterparts, who will then nominate a highly qualified student candidate.
Step 3: You accept or reject the candidate and intimate IAESTE India by filing FORM N5. If you accept, IAESTE India finalizes all of the paperwork, including visa authorization.
Step 4: Arrangements for work permits, accommodation and other facilitations for the incoming candidate, by the receiving committee (IAESTE - India and your Organization) is done.
Step 5: June to October is the normal season for training periods; however this may differ however from country to country.
YOUR ROLE AS A BENEFICIARY
Specify requirements for eligible candidates, including field and level of study, nationality, prior experience, etc.Review nomination submitted by IAESTE-India and indicate acceptance of suitable candidate.
Offer assistance in locating suitable lodgings for the work term.
Provide student with a salary / stipend to cover living costs.
