The Department

The Department of Computer Applications in the School of Computer Science and Technology, Karunya University was established in the year 1995. The Department offers 3 years full time MCA (Master of Computer Applications), 2 years Full Time M.Sc (Networking Technology), M.Phil and Ph.D programmes. To meet the Industry-Academia needs, the MCA programme provides three soft cores such as Computer Networking, Software Engineering and Database Tuning & Mining. The programmes conducted by the Department aims at the development of various skill sets in Computer Applications with soft course and Networking Technology, and all around personality by inculcating values of Honesty, Sincerity and Team spirit.
