SPIRITUAL ACTIVITY:

Inculcating the spiritual values in students is one of the missions of Karunya University. To fulfill and nurture the values, we the department of Biotechnology conduct the student fellowship every Mondays and PhD scholars fellowship every Tuesdays. Students are also actively participating in fellowship. We also conduct the department staff fellowship every Fridays as well. Through this we as a community of Biotechnology students and staffs received so many blessings from Almighty and the same is shared in every fellowship in the way of testimonial session.    

2009-2010

• Anazao'09 one day Spiritual retreat was organized for students on 11^th Sep 2009, Mr.V.J.Traven from Kerala delivered the talk.
• Department weekly fasting prayer by students on every Wednesday- 12.00pm-1.00pm
• Student's fellowship on every Thursday evening-4.00 pm-5.00 pm
• Staff fellowship every Friday afternoon -12.00 pm - 12.30 pm
• Research scholars fellowship every Thursday evening - 4.00 pm-5.00 pm
• Dr. Philomena George, Professor, Ms. S. Nancy, Lecturer, Mr. Panneerselvam, Lab Technician, Mr. P. Jeyakumar, Lab Technician, Mr. Germin Amalarajan, Lab Technician and 65 students were participated in Renewal Impetus Retreat Organized by DOVE
